Hello there, my name is Connor Meldrum and am keen to move into a shared apartment/household! I have no doubt that I will have a fantastic and respectful time with flatmates. It will also be excellent for living in Melbourne while I complete an undergraduate university degree, alongside my exploration of the city (coming from rural NSW). I am entering my 3rd year at the University of Melbourne after living at Janet Clarke Hall, a college associated with the afore mentioned university.
There are no issues (and have not been any) with paying lease and will be consistently able to pay for rent and other costs. I expect to live in Melbourne for at least 1 year. While I have only payed rent for a college, I am sure that weekly payment (or otherwise) will remain consistent and timely. Diligence, respect, cleanliness and kindness are all values that I live by in order to maintain positive relationships with property managers/agents, flatmates and neighbours. While I am not currently employed, I receive assistance from Centrelink and payment help from my family.I decided that focussing on University is my current priority and am striving for excellency for my future job opportunities. Any issues in the apartment or the building will be reported immediately by myself to management
