Hi!
My name is Kai, full time Uni student in my 1st year (started mid year 2025). Looking for a place to stay that is long-term and stable, prefer to not move again for at least a long time 😭.

I also work part-time to help cover expenses, I'm an event organizer for queer events and tend to do late night shifts. On my off days, I like to sleep in, go to the beach or have an adventure.

I'm clean, tidy and value a quite household. Not really the type to bring people over but don't mind if you do as long as we respect each others spaces💖.

I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets or kids. Will need to give a 30 day notice to my current landlord, but otherwise flexible with move in dates.
