Amy and Alec

Hi there,

Myself Amy (35, she/her) and my friend/coworker Alec (25, they/them) are looking to team up with at least 1 other (max 2) in finding an apartment/house in east suburbs that are close to PTV.

Our budget is up to $900 monthly for a room and $3,700 a month for a whole property.

Generally places along the 70/75 tram line or belgrave/lilydale/alamein train lines also are preferred.

In terms of what we're looking for in another person to team up with ideally we are looking for someone with a stable income, can pay bills/rent on time and are generally tidy and respectful of other housemates boundaries and are able to communicate any potential issues or concerns in a diplomatic and respectful way. Previous sharehouse history is preferred but not essential. Generally someone wh'os also seeking a peaceful and non chaotic home environment would be ideal.
