I’m currently in Brisbane on a working holiday visa and actively looking for a job.
I’m financially responsible and able to pay rent on time without any issues.

I have lived in a dormitory for 4 years during university, so I’m very used to shared living.
I respect house rules, keep common areas clean, and get along well with flatmates.

I live a quiet lifestyle — I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I always keep the place tidy.

I’m looking to stay for at least 2 months or longer.
My move-in date is flexible, and I can move in anytime, preferably sooner.
