I am a business teacher, author and journalist. All my work is done from home, so I would need Internet and space for a desk and computer equipment (three monitors). I am also currently studying for my MBA. I have my own furniture, if required.

I work three days a week marking assessments online (Advanced Diploma of Business), and two days writing books (14 books so far). Any type of accommodation is suitable, but I would prefer sharing a house.

My situation is that my wife is returning to her home country, and I don't need our house on my own. We are going to rent it fully furnished. I enjoy a beer, vape outside, and don't really socialise much. I do not smoke or use drugs.

I am also involved in social justice campaigns, and dabble in politics (I was a candidate at the last federal election for the Legalise Cannabis Party).
