I’m Jueun from Korea, in my early 20s. I’m looking for a flat that I can move in on the mid August, when I’m back from my holiday. I’m flexible with location but I’d prefer somewhere easy to commute to newtown.

A little about me — I enjoy staying active, being outdoors, and trying new things. At the same time, I also love having a chill day at home to relax and recharge. I’m working at a cafe doing long shifts. I’ll usually be out from early in the morning till late afternoon.

I’ve been living shared houses, so I understand the importance of being respectful and considerate. I enjoy having a chat after work or sharing a meal sometimes, but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

I’m tidy, easygoing, and responsible, and I like to keep the place clean and comfortable for everyone.

My budget is up to around $300per week, and I’m looking for a private room.
