I’m Matt (27) and looking for an unfurnished room in a share house in Canberra, ideally to commence in mid-June for 6-12 months. Preferred location inner northern suburbs (Braddon, Dickson, Turner, O’Connor, Downer) or around Capital Hill (Kingston, Griffith, Red Hill, Narrabundah). Budget around $250-$350/week depending on the place.

A little bit about me - I’m relocating to Canberra from Brisbane for work, and will be working full-time in the APS. I’ve lived in share houses in Brisbane, am clean and respectful, and easy to live with. Outside of work, I’m into gym/running/tennis, catching up with friends, travel, and am keen to explore Canberra and surrounds.

Ideally looking for a place with 1-2 other young professionals – friendly and easy-going, up for a casual coffee or drink on the weekend, but also respectful of down time.
