Mina and Ella

Hey! My name is Mina and my friend Ella and I are looking for a third roomate (preferably female identifying in your 20s!) to join us in our hunt to find a 3-bedroom rental in Sydney’s inner west/inner city (our move in date is flexible- aiming for anytime in May)

We’re looking for someone who is kind, considerate, tidy, and a good communicator. Budget-wise, we’re aiming for around $300-350 per week each. We’re queer-friendly and respectful of all backgrounds, as long as you’re easygoing and reliable with rent and be a dog person 🐶 as Mina’s small dog Bear will be living with us.

We already have a few places in mind and are planning to inspect and apply over the next few weeks, so we’d love to meet people soon and see if we vibe. Ideally you are okay with applying for places with us and being on the lease!

Ella (21)
    •    UTS animation student
    •    working as a florist so our home will have lovely flowers 🌸🌸🌸
    •    i love to rollerskate (how i met mina), go to local gigs and crochet 

Mina (23)🐞
    •    Recent uni grad who has now joined the corporate grind 💪working full time in the city ( will be WFH half the time)
    •    I love rollerskating, movies, beach, books, plants! 🌱
    •    would love a social dynamic and have our future home be a place to host dinner parties, have friends over and create many wonderful memories! 

Bear (6) 🐾
    •  5kg Bichon Frise x Poodle
    •    Very demure, clean for a dog, pretty chill though he does bark occasionally at passing cars.
