Most flatmate descriptions sound the same :
“clean, easygoing, respectful.”
That’s all important but it doesn’t really tell you who you’d be living with.
So here’s me, a bit more honestly:
I’m someone who brings good energy into a place without being loud about it. I like having structure in my days, stay active, and enjoy the small things like a good coffee in the morning, a clean space, or a relaxed conversation in the kitchen.
Cleanliness and reliability are a given for me. Not something I “try” to be, just how I live. You won’t have to remind me to do my part or worry about shared spaces.
I’ve lived in several shared flats during my studies in Germany and France, so I know how to live with others. I understand the balance between being social and respecting each other’s space.
I’m currently in Brisbane and will most likely start working in a shop here soon, so I’m looking for a place with a bit of stability. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, staying active, and I definitely appreciate a really good coffee.
I also love cooking, especially together. For me, that’s one of the best parts of a great flat, sharing food and having genuine conversations.
On top of that, I’m a barber and hairstylist and sometimes cut hair while traveling, so there’s a good chance you’ll get a fresh haircut at home too.
I’m not just looking for a place to stay, but a flat that feels good to come back to. Easy, respectful, with a good vibe.
If that sounds like a match, let’s talk.
