A little about me. I’m 27 and currently living in Prahran with one of my best friends. Her boyfriend has now moved in full time, so it’s naturally time for me to find my next place.

I’ve lived around Armadale and Prahran for almost four years and would really love to stay south side. I work full time in Armadale on High Street in real estate marketing, so I have a stable income and a pretty consistent Monday to Friday routine. I work from home two days a week, with flexibility around which days.

Most of my friends live locally, so I’m often out at wine bars, trying new restaurants or occasionally out for a party on Chapel Street. I’m social and love being out and about, but I’m very respectful of shared spaces and downtime at home.

At home I’m quite chilled. I love reading on my Kindle, Pilates and yoga, long walks, watching TikToks and having a comfort show on the go. I’m not a huge cook, my air fryer definitely does the heavy lifting, but I really enjoy the vibe of shared dinners, wine on the couch and movie nights. I value a home that feels warm and welcoming.

It’s really important to me that I’m genuine friends with the people I live with, not just coexisting under the same roof. I love being able to have a chat after work, share a glass of wine, debrief about our days or occasionally do something together, while still respecting each other’s space. I think the best share houses feel like a little team rather than just separate bedrooms.

I’m clean, considerate and financially reliable, and I really like contributing to a home that feels good to be in for everyone.
