Hi, I’m Genevieve. I’m relocating to Perth for a new role in the CBD and looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful home within easy commuting distance of Perth CBD.

I’m mature, tidy, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also value privacy, quiet time, and downtime after work. I’m not looking for a party house — I’d prefer a calm, safe, professional household with respectful housemates and clear communication around shared spaces and bills.

Outside of work, I enjoy skincare, sightseeing, fitness, personal development, and keeping my space clean and comfortable.

I’m looking to move in from 22 May and stay for at least 6 months.
