About me

Hi there! I’m an Engineer in my 30s. I own my own home in Hoppers Crossing, but with my parents visiting for the year, I’m looking for a secondary 'city home' to reclaim my independence and save time on the commute.

I’m looking for a consistent room for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. I’m well-past the 'party house' stage and value a clean, calm, and high-standard living environment. It’s important to me to find a place where I can actually feel at home, relax, and enjoy the city lifestyle, whether that’s cooking a good meal or just chilling out.

Beyond just the space, I’m hoping to find a household that is social and friendly. I’m looking to make some new friends in the city and would love housemates I can occasionally grab a drink or a coffee with, rather than just being a stranger in the hallway! I’m a 'clean-as-you-go' person and would appreciate a space where I can occasionally have a guest over and truly feel independent.

The Perk for You:
You get a reliable, financially stable flatmate (who is a homeowner himself and respects property), but you get total privacy and the entire apartment to yourself almost every Sunday through Wednesday. I’m essentially a 'part-time' resident but a 'full-time' reliable contributor to the house. I’m happy to pay a fair rate for a quality room/ensuite that offers this kind of lifestyle balance.

If you’re looking for a roommate with a tiny footprint but a high level of reliability and a friendly vibe, I’d love to come by for a chat!"
