Hi, my friend Ryan and I are looking for a place to rent from July, as our current lease ends on 15th July.
We are both QUT students. Ryan has 6 months left at university, and I have 3 months left, but we are looking to lease for at least 6 months.
Ryan and I are respectful, responsible, and easy-going tenants. We don’t smoke or party, and we value a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home. We are considerate of others’ space and privacy, pay our rent on time, and communicate openly if any issues arise. We enjoy a peaceful living environment and take pride in looking after the property.
