I am 24 years old and currently studying full time while working part time in corporate Brisbane at a project management and advisory firm. I have been renting for the past year, have stable income, and ample savings, so rent and bills are always well managed.

I am friendly, easy to get along with, and value open communication, especially when it comes to clear rules and boundaries so everyone can live comfortably and respectfully together.

I am very clean and organised, and I like to keep common areas tidy so the house feels comfortable for everyone. I also take pride in keeping my own bedroom and bathroom clean and well maintained. I believe a shared home works best when everyone is considerate of each other’s space and contributes equally.

I have a good balance between being social and respecting personal space. I enjoy housemate time, whether that is sitting down to watch a show together or simply checking in about each other’s day, but I also completely respect privacy and understand the need for quiet time and personal space.

During the week, I am usually quite busy with university, work, and extracurricular activities such as dance, so I am often out and about. On weekends, I usually enjoy catching up on rest, sleeping in a little, and staying active as I enjoy exercise and keeping a healthy routine.

I also have my own car, although I usually commute into work and university.
