Moving to the Gold Coast! 🌊

Hi everyone! I am planning a move from Melbourne to the beautiful Gold Coast on June 1st and am looking for a room to call home.

I’m a professional with a background in tech project management. I’m currently in a transition phase, moving up to settle in and start a new professional chapter in sunshine state.

About Me as a Flatmate:
Lifestyle: I’m very active and fitness-conscious, so I’ll usually be out at the gym or exploring the area. I’m not a party person and definitely prefer a quiet, relaxed home over a party house.
Habits: I pride myself on being exceptionally clean, tidy, and quiet. I truly value a peaceful home environment and am always respectful of others' space and privacy.
Professionalism: For peace of mind on both sides, I do require a formal tenancy agreement and am very happy to provide the necessary bond upfront to ensure everything is secure and official.

What I’m Looking For:
A single room in a modern or relatively new apartment, house, or townhouse.
A pet-free environment (just a personal preference!).
Access to a parking spot will be needed.

Budget: Up to $400/week (including utilities).

Flexibility: Because I am exploring new career opportunities, I am looking for a setup that allows for a bit of flexibility—ideally with a 2-week (we can discuss what works) notice period if I need to relocate for work.
