Hi, I'm Jess, a 34-year-old doctor from Newcastle moving to Sydney for a 1 year contract for work. I'm looking for a furnished place around the Inner west to call home for 6–12 months. Ideally, somewhere well looked after, with good transport connections and parking if available.

Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, reading, keeping active, and catching up with friends over coffee or wine. I'd describe myself as clean, respectful, easy-going, and also generally quite busy. When I'm not working I'm hoping to make the most of living in Sydney for the year - exploring local cafes, bars, and beaches. My partner will be staying up in Newcastle in our home so I will spend weekends back there when my roster allows.

I enjoy a friendly household where you can sit on the sofa together and catch up over dinner or coffee, but also appreciate everyone's need for their own space and downtime. I work shifts, including nights and weekends, so I'm looking for a household that is understanding of me sleeping during the day occasionally.

I have 8+ years rental history, and can provide references, rental ledgers, and bond. I'm also a non-smoker, and have no pets.
