Hi, my name is Jainelle. I’m a respectful, clean, and easygoing person currently looking for a comfortable and positive place to call home. I take pride in keeping my living space tidy and organised, and I’m very considerate of the people I live with. I’m reliable with rent and household responsibilities, and I understand the importance of respecting shared spaces. I’m not someone who causes drama or excessive noise, and I enjoy a calm, friendly home atmosphere. I’m social and approachable, but I also respect personal space and independence.

I have experience working in house keeping, cleaning, hospitality and customer service roles, which has made me adaptable, responsible, and easy to get along with. I’m currently focused on work and building stability for my future, and I’m looking for a home environment that is clean, welcoming, and respectful.

Overall, I’d describe myself as dependable, mature, friendly, non judgmental, easy going and considerate — the type of housemate who contributes positively to the home and respects both the property and the people living in it.

Hoping for a place that will accept couples, my partner is 36 works full time, chill, very quiet, doesn't party or drink ect, respectful, clean, hygienic, friendly, helpful. Also non judgmental, and basically majority the same description for him as I have written above.

Also hoping for a place that accepts children, or a place renting out 2 rooms or even a granny flat type set up would be amazing too. Hoping for a place where Children are allowed in the house for visits during the day, or maybe sleep overs every now and then on weekends. Well behaved kids, wouldn’t be any problems to you. Do not have them full time.
