Seeking female-only private spare room for 1–2 nights/week — $80/night only.
I’m looking for a casual nightly/day-rate arrangement, not a full weekly rental, as I don’t need the room every night. Ideally looking for around 1 month to start, with the option to continue longer if it suits both sides. I’m a 23-year-old student working part-time, looking for a clean, quiet private room for occasional overnight stays around work and study. I’m respectful, tidy, quiet, non-smoker, no pets, and generally keep to myself. If possible, I’d also need a simple invoice/receipt for the stay.
