Hello! I am a professional working full time in IT and estate management.
I am experienced with shared-housing and my regular routine has me working 9am til 7pm Saturday and Sunday, and 7am til 2pm Wednesday Thursday and Friday
.
When not at work, I often go indoor climbing or do sports, and when at home I like cooking, reading and comfortably lounging. I am looking for team-ups with other friendly people who are social and enjoy company yet not in each others pocket. My budget is a comfortable $433 per week, and I keep a clean and organized space for myself and others.
