Hey everyone,
I'm a 19-year-old engineering student who works casual late nights/evenings at crown and is looking to move to the city for convenience :) (happy to move earlier if the right place comes up!).
A bit about me: I'm pretty easygoing, social, and always keen to learn new things. Outside of uni and work, you'll usually find me at the gym, going for walks, cooking, gaming, or hanging out with friends. I love pets, so furry housemates are definitely a bonus (though, unfortunately I’ve got none of my own).
I'm looking for a place with a fun, friendly vibe where everyone gets along. I'm all for the occasional weekend party, drinks, or loud music, but I'd also appreciate a chill and respectful environment during the weekdays so everyone can study, work, and recharge.
My preferences:
Rent around the advertised price, but I'm flexible by about ±$50/week for the right place.
Prefer all bills included in the weekly rent.
Need a secure space for my belongings.
Need enough space for a study desk so I can lock in for uni.
Non-smoker.
A few things that are important to me:
Bond lodged properly through RTBA [cash still accepted if I feel safe].
Everyone on the lease or with a clear written rental agreement.
Clear expectations around bills, cleaning, guests, and shared spaces.
Respectful, honest housemates who communicate well.
