Hey! My name's Damian, and I'm 22. I'm a uni graduate who is currently doing tutoring work. I'm quiet, but social enough and happy to chat, and very cleanly. I don't smoke and very rarely drink, and am looking for a place from August 8th when my current lease runs out. The only condition on location is that it has to be close enough to the city, within an hour by PT and/or 30 minutes by car. My budget sits around $260-270 without bills for a maximum, and $290 with bills, but hopefully on the cheaper side. In my free time, I do bouldering, play videogames, and hang out with the people important to me, although I won't bring them around much. Hopefully looking to move in with people around the same age, uni students or young professionals.
