I come with my own fridge, washer/dryer and some basic furniture, so I can help set up a place if needed!

Budget: $450–$550/week
Must haves: own bathroom + carpark (or an area where on street parking is available)
Areas: Bondi, Paddington, Rose Bay, Leichhardt, Balmain etc.
