Hi there! My name is Angel. I am a 24-year-old student from Chile, and I am moving to Brisbane to study at ALS College. I am looking for a clean, quiet, and well-organized room in a share house.

I am arriving in Brisbane on Wednesday, August 5th. Since I will be staying at a hostel initially, I am fully available for in-person inspections starting Wednesday afternoon, Thursday 6th, Friday 7th, or anytime during the weekend.

I am very focused on my studies and my professional goals. I am a non-smoker, highly organized, and very respectful of shared spaces and house rules. In my free time, I like to stay active and do sports. I value having a calm and tidy home environment where everyone can rest and focus.

I already have my funds ready for both the bond and rent, and I am ready to move in as soon as possible once I find the right fit. I am looking for a 6-month stay with the potential to extend if everything works out well.
