G'day, I'm Ben. I'm a Brisbane-based business owner and management consultant, which means I keep reasonable hours, travel a fair bit for work, and won't be under your feet all week.

Recently separated, so I'm after a fresh start in a quiet, easy-going place with friendly people who enjoy a laugh. I'm tidy, reliable with bills, and low-drama. Proud dad of three adult kids, so I've done my time with the chaos, and I'm well past the messy-share-house stage of life.

I'm a big animal lover, so much so that I'm on the board of RSPCA Queensland, which means a pet-friendly household is a plus, not a problem. Outside of work you'll find me on the golf course, watching the cricket (or most sports, honestly), or hosting the occasional poker night, at a mate's place, not yours, don't worry.

I'm into good food, travel, and comedy of all kinds. Bit of a movie buff, and I'll happily talk your ear off about anything Seinfeld related; fair warning, I reckon there's a Seinfeld moment in every day, and I'm rarely shy about pointing it out. I also have a mild watch obsession that harms nobody but my bank account, and a weakness for a good Dad joke.
