Two Professional Friends Looking for a 2-Bedroom Apartment | Sydney

Hi everyone! Erica and I are looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in Sydney, available from late January or the first week of February 2027.

A little about us: I’m a lawyer and Erica is an engineer. We’re two working professionals looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home in a safe and quiet area.

Our preferences:

Budget: Up to $800 per week combined

Bedrooms: 2

Bathrooms: Ideally 2, but open to 1

Move-in date: Late January / early February 2027

Location: Close to a train station, with a convenient commute to the Sydney CBD

Property: Preferably a modern, well-maintained place. No mould, can fit double bed, desk et.

We’re open to different suburbs, particularly the Inner West and areas with good train connections to the city.
