Hi potential flatmate,

I am looking for a room preferably around Central Hobart, Sandy Bay, Battery Point, New Town, Kingston, Lenah Valley, South Hobart, Glenorchy, Mount Stuart, Blackmans bay, Moonah or max 45 minutes connectivity by public transport to CBD. Will stay long term if I like the place.

I have an excellent credit rating and stable income, working for a large corporation as project manager in Hobart city.

Sharing accommodation is preferable. Drugs is a no-no and smoking inside property is avoidable. I am easy going and prefer clean and tidy setup. Can cook and happy to share with other mates. Happy to whip up some great curries, if required :)

I enjoy good company, a movie or a board game, some hiking but also love some quiet time-off.
