Hi! I'm Claire (21, she/her), myself and my friend Sophie (23, she/her) are looking for a third female to sign a lease on a 3 bed 1 bath in Brunswick. We have been accepted but are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom!!
About the house

- Central Brunswick location (Next to Barkly Square, shops, cafes, parklands and public transport) ☕️
- 2 min walk to PTV (Tram) 🚃
- Basically new floorboards and carpet
- New dishwasher, 6 burner gas stove and dining area
- Split systems, gas log fire, insulation and double grazing ❄️
- HUGE backyard for hosting our summer dinner parties 🍷☀️

About the room
- Rent $250 per week 💰
- Move in date a weekday next week!! (September 7-11, you will be expected to start paying rent and part of bond)
- smaller room but will fit a double bed and a wardrobe/drawers
- A window for natural lighting
- 12 month lease (can look into shorter and sublet if you need to leave but please reach out with circumstances)

Please note there will be no parking permit provided to the joining member.

About Sophie and I ❤️

We are both studying a Masters of BioSciences at Melb Uni, I focus on animal welfare and Soph works in Ecology. We both work casual/part time but apart from work/uni, we love being social, being active, going to cafes and bars, and also value our own down time.
We would love to create a clean, friendly and homely space where we are friends as well as housemates!
