Hi! My name is Maira, a 21-year-old undergrad student from Germany. At the end of August, I’m moving to Brisbane for a 4-month research internship at UQ’s Centre for Marine Science, working on sustainable oyster restoration structures.

In my free time, I love being outdoors, reading, or baking treats to share with friends. I’m clean, reliable, and respectful of personal space after a busy day, but always up for a friendly chat, a shared dinner, or a board game night!

What I’m looking for:

Move-in / Move-out: Late August 2026 – Late December 2026 (approx. 4 months)

Budget: $250 / week (including utilities/bills)

Room: Private, fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe)

Location: Near UQ St Lucia or easily accessible via direct public transport (e.g., St Lucia, Toowong, Taringa, West End, South Brisbane, Indooroopilly)
