I am a university lecturer relocating from Tasmania to begin a new position at Southern Cross University’s Gold Coast campus. I am looking for a furnished room from late August or early September for approximately three to four months while I settle into the area before my family joins me.
I am quiet, clean, respectful and easy to live with. I am a non-smoker, do not party and value a peaceful, tidy home. I am friendly and enjoy a good conversation while also respecting other people’s privacy and personal space.
I am reliable with rent and can provide proof of employment and references. Outside work, I enjoy walking, reading, exploring new places and spending time with family.
