Hi there! I’m a young professional woman starting a new job and am looking to move in with 1-2 other people ASAP for a longterm stay.

My work hours will be close to 9-5 and I’ll be mostly on-site with occasional WFM. Around the house you’ll find me web-surfing, listening to a Podcast, reading, meal prepping, or studying. I like going on walks/grabbing coffee and training martial arts/weights. I tend to stay quite busy.

I’m looking for something with a <15 min walk to a train or metro station in Alexandria/Erskineville near Sydney Park, St Peter’s, Marrickville, Sydenham, Redfern, Wolli Creek, or potentially Rosebery. Parking options essential.

I’m hoping to share a place with 1-2 other people, and would prefer if there’s more than one bathroom in the house or if the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. Looking for a place that has a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, and balcony although negotiable on the latter two for the right place. Budget is $300-$350 per week.

I would prefer not to live with pets due to allergies. I’m a non-smoker and seldom/never drink (not into partying). I’m allergic to mold so a bright place without damp would be much preferred. I’m considerate, clean and tidy but not stressed by people just living in their space. I’m adaptable to others on most things surrounding chores/admin but reasonable personal hygiene is important to me.

I’m keen to be friendly with my housemates as I’m social/chatty but am ultimately looking for a stable home environment where I can keep a routine and go to work rested as I need my downtime and quality sleep.
