Hi there! I’m a young professional woman starting a new job and am looking to move in with 1-2 other people ASAP for a longterm stay. My budget is $300-$350 per week and I’d prefer somewhere within a 10 min walk to a train or metro station. I will also need to confirm parking options.

Looking for a place that has a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, and dishwasher although negotiable.

I’m a non-smoker and not into partying. I’m allergic to mold so a bright place without damp would be much preferred. I’m considerate, clean and tidy but not stressed by people just living in their space. I’m adaptable to others on most things surrounding chores/admin but reasonable personal hygiene is important to me.

- Full time in clinical research starting late Aug
- 9-5 with occasional WFM
- Sleep/quiet needed 10pm-6:00am
- Clean and organised. High standard of personal hygiene and consideration to others.
- Focused lifestyle (full time work, martial arts, part time online study)
- Keep excessive noise around the house down
- No big parties, only chill 1-1 or small catchups on weekends (which would be run by you in advance before bringing anyone over)
- Independent and quite goal-directed

Often out and about running my routine, catching up with friends, living an active lifestyle. Around the house you’ll find me web-surfing, listening to a Podcast, reading, meal prepping, or studying. I like going on walks and grabbing coffee.

I’m friendly but am ultimately looking for a stable home environment where I can go to work rested as I need my downtime and quality sleep. I pull my weight and need someone who will do the same.
