Hi, I'm Stephen. I'm 25, from Belfast, and I land in Melbourne on 18 September on a Working Holiday visa (subclass 417, full work rights).
I'm currently Assistant Bar Manager at the Hilton in Belfast and I have a degree in International Hospitality Management, so I'll be working in bars and venues around the inner north. That means some late finishes, but it also means I'm quiet in the mornings and very used to cleaning up after myself.
I'm looking for a furnished room from 5 October for around two months while I settle in and sort a longer-term place. I'm happy to pay a few weeks rent up front, and I can provide written references from my manager and my landlord in Belfast.
Non-smoker, no pets, tidy, and I do my share without being asked. Into live music, running, football and finding a decent local. I'd love a relaxed, friendly house - happy to be social over a beer in the kitchen, but not after a party house.
