Hi! I’m from Japan and I’ll soon be moving to the Gold Coast on a working holiday visa.

I’m looking for a place to stay for around 6 months to 1 year. Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished private room with all bills, including utilities, included in the rent.

My preferred move-in date is September 16th. I’m planning to arrive on the Gold Coast around September 15th–16th.

I’m a clean and respectful person.

I don’t smoke and I’m not a party person, so I’m looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable home.
