Hi! I’m a 31-year-old professional working as a Head of Digital Marketing for a medical company. I’ve lived in Bondi for the past 3 years and absolutely love the beach lifestyle, so I’d ideally like to stay around Bondi or nearby.

I’m active and enjoy going to the gym 4x/week, long walks, the beach and all kinds of extreme sports. I’m also a big fan of spending time outdoors, saunas and cold plunges, going on snowboarding trips, or occasionally surfing.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I’m looking for a place that feels like home. I’m happy to share an apartment and bathroom, or would also consider a studio. I work from home most days but go into the office 1–2 times a week.

Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and air conditioning if possible. A balcony would be a big bonus! I’m looking for something long-term and would love to find a nice, relaxed home with lovely people.

My budget is up to $600 per week including bills, depending on the place.
