Hi, I'm Joe — a 32-year-old postdoctoral researcher relocating to Perth in mid-October to join the University of Western Australia, after six years in Canberra. I'm tidy, easygoing, and respectful of my flatmates' space and privacy. Outside of work, I'm usually at the gym, out hiking, or in for a board game night.

I don't smoke, and I'm flexible on lease length — happy with either a short-term stay or something longer-term (1 year+).

I do have a cat, Kumo, a very friendly Ragdoll — he stays within my own room/rental space, so no worries about him roaming the rest of the place.
