Hi, I'm Yoona!

I'm currently in Korea and I'm moving to Sydney to work as a nurse at a hospital near the area.

I'm looking to move in from 27 August. If I really like the place and get along well with my flatmates, I'd be happy to stay for a year or longer, so I'm hoping to find a nice place and good flatmates to live with!

💰 Budget

My budget is around $350 per week including bills for a private room.

🏠 Lifestyle

I'll be working shifts, so I probably won't be home that much!

I lived in dormitories throughout high school, university, and my previous job for a total of about 6 years, so I'm quite used to sharing a living space with other people and don't think I'll have much trouble living with flatmates.

I enjoy meeting and spending time with friends, but I'm a little shy at first.

I'm fairly clean and try to keep things clean.

I'll probably cook quite often, too. That's why I really value keeping the kitchen clean and always try to keep it that way.

I might occasionally cook and say, “I made too much, do you want some?” 😊

🏡 Preferred Home

Since I'll be working shifts, I may have different sleeping hours from time to time, so I really appreciate a considerate and respectful home environment.

I'm totally fine with normal household noise or loud music when I'm awake! I'd like to live in a home where everyone respects each other's space and lifestyle.

I think communication is important when sharing common areas, and I'm pretty comfortable talking things through and finding a compromise.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Preferred Flatmates

I'd really appreciate it if flatmates could let me know in advance when someone other than the residents is coming over.

I really respect other people's lifestyles and personal space, and I think it's important that everyone feels comfortable in their own home.

I'd also prefer a flatmate who is clean.

I'm open to living with any gender.

🩰 Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy ballet, so I'll probably go to ballet classes on my days off.

I also love going to the beach and swimming pools!
