Floris and Luz

Hi everyone! We’re Floris (from the Netherlands) and Luz (from Peru), an active couple looking for a friendly, welcoming place to call home.

We are relocating to the area and currently securing our local professional roles in hospitality (Floris) and animal care (Luz). We are fully self-funded with ample savings to cover all rent and expenses upfront while we settle in, and we're happy to provide bank statements or pay rent in advance for peace of mind. We’re huge outdoor enthusiasts who love spending our free time exploring nature and staying active with sports.

In the house, we’re clean, organized, non-smokers, and very considerate of shared spaces. We don't have pets of our own and don't require a parking spot. We love cooking (and sharing delicious homemade Peruvian food!), having a casual chat, or enjoying a relaxed evening in, though we aren't big drinkers or party animals. We appreciate a warm, social household vibe where housemates feel like friends, while fully respecting everyone's need for personal downtime.

We have a completely flexible timeline and are ready to move in ASAP (even tomorrow!). Looking forward to meeting you!
