A bit about me:
I'm a creative professional specialising in Design, Print, Illustration, Portraiture, Digital Painting and Traditional Fine Art. I'm in my late 30's, single, with no pets - happy if you have them though (dogs, cats, birbs and even lizards tend to love me)

I love cooking, am very clean and driven by structures and routines, I will usually adjust these around who I live with to avoid any bottlenecks in communal spaces.

Just looking for space where I can do my thing, leave you to do yours etc. I'm pretty sociable and friendly but will usually do things out and about, so won't really be having anyone around. I don't smoke, drink or use drugs - If you do, I don't mind or have any issues :)

I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, pro-human rights for all, overall pretty progressive and antifascist. If that's not you, I don't think it will work and I ask that you please respectfully move on :)

I'm urgently looking for a room for rent, within the next few weeks. I can pay $200-$300 p/w depending on the space and location - ideal locations would be along Frankston line between Frankston and Edithvale - Seaford, Carrum, Chelsea etc.
