I’m relocating to Brisbane to commence a new permanent full-time role in the CBD and am looking for a furnished, self-contained apartment or studio for approximately 2–3 months while I settle in and secure a longer-term home.

I’m a mature professional, quiet, clean and respectful, and it would just be me. I’m looking to move from around 4 September and can proceed quickly for the right place.

Ideally I’m looking around Newstead, Teneriffe, New Farm, Fortitude Valley, Hawthorne, Bulimba, Morningside, Norman Park, Kangaroo Point, East Brisbane, Bowen Hills, Spring Hill or Windsor, with an easy commute to Eagle Street.

My budget is up to $650 per week. I’m happy to provide employment details and references and can pay the required bond and rent immediately.

Looking for somewhere comfortable, modern and well maintained that I can call home while I get established in Brisbane.
