Hi! I'm a 27-year-old guy relocating from Ballarat for work on Collins Street. I work part-time/casually and enjoy hitting the gym, going to metal/hardcore gigs, gaming, and running.

I’m completely financially independent with a solid safety net of savings, so rent and bills are always paid reliably and on time.

I’m flexible on furniture and happy with either a furnished or unfurnished room (I can bring my own bed or leave it behind). My house is always clean and tidy, and I'm respectful of others' space. While I'll have a beer or two, I'm not a big partier. No smoking, pets, or kids for me!
