Hi
I’m Terry, 27, from the UK and have just moved to Sydney this month for work.

A little about me: I’ll be working full-time as an engineer, so I’ll usually be out during the day. I’m easy-going, clean, tidy and respectful, but also pretty social. I’m into fitness, and I’m keen to get involved in a football team or some sort of social sport while I’m out there. Outside of that, I’m always up for drinks, dinners, nights out, travelling and exploring at the weekends.

I’d like to live in a social house, up for doing things together but also respectful of each other’s space.

I’ll be in Sydney for around 2 years, so ideally looking for somewhere longer term.
Budget is around $450–500 a week.

I’ll be staying in Sydney through work until start of October, so I’ll be around to view places and meet potential housemates in person before moving in.
