Hi
I’m Terry, 27, from the UK and have just moved to Sydney for work.

A little about me: I’m working full-time as an engineer in the CBD, so I’ll usually be out during the day. I’m easy-going, clean, tidy and respectful. I’m into fitness and I’m always up for drinks, dinners and exploring at the weekends.

I’d like to live with flatmates up for doing things together but also respectful of each other’s space.

I’ll be in Sydney for around 2 years, so ideally looking for somewhere longer term.
Budget is around $450–500 a week.

I’ll be staying in Sydney through work until start of October, so I’ll be around to view places and meet potential housemates in person before moving in.
