Giulio Yuri

Hi! I'm Giulio, 21, from Italy. I arrived in Brisbane in September on a Working Holiday visa and I'm planning to stay at least a year — this isn't a six-week stop.

I'm looking together with my best friend Joel, who arrived with me. Ideally we'd take two rooms in the same house, but I'm just as happy on my own if only one is going.

Back home I worked four summer seasons as a beach lifeguard, and I'm two years into an economics degree. Here I'm starting out in hospitality, so I'll be out most evenings.

I train CrossFit early in the mornings and dance salsa and bachata a few nights a week, so I'm not someone who sits around the house all day. I cook a lot and I'm always up for sharing a meal.

Clean, tidy, non-smoker and easy to live with. I'm after a house where people get along and eat together sometimes — not one that throws parties every weekend.

I have savings to cover rent while I get set up, and I'm happy to show a bank statement.
