27M, moving from Sydney, looking for a room in Melbourne CBD

Relocating from Sydney for a job transfer (sales at The Good Guys/JB Hi-Fi), moving in between the 1st and 2nd weeks of November. Looking for a private room with a private bathroom, CBD or close by, $400–500/week (happy to go toward the higher end if parking's included). Open to a long-term lease, not looking for something short-term since I'm settling into a new city.

A bit about me: very tidy, borderline a clean freak, so the place will stay in good shape. I work Thursday-Monday, 9–5, so my days off fall midweek. Outside of work I'm pretty social and active, I play cricket, I'm a big F1 fan, and I game on my PC in my downtime. Quiet and easy to live with day-to-day, but happy to hang out and get along with flatmates too. Non-smoker, no pets.
