Hi, I'm Patrick!

I'm an interior designer three days a week and a uni tutor the other two, so I have a good mix of work and study keeping me busy. Outside of work, I'm quite a social person and am often out catching up with friends, trying new places, or generally making the most of my weekends.

I've lived with housemates since I was 18, so I'm pretty familiar with what makes a good share house tick. I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces and think clear communication is really important when living together. I'm also looking for more than just someone to split the rent with, I'd love to have a housemate who I'm able to build a genuine friendship with, whether that's occasionally grabbing dinner together, having a drink or watching something at home.

At the same time, I definitely value having my own space and understand that everyone has their own routines and needs some downtime. Ultimately, I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly and respectful home where everyone feels comfortable.
