Since I'm a first year student at Usyd, would prefer it to be more quiet, with a communicative and friendly household/residents.
Preferably very clean, and within walking distance to usyd. Hope to live in a fully-female or family environment, with a fully furnished private room.
Would also prefer the residence to be within 25 walking distance to Usyd!
