I have been in sharehouses since I was 18 and am always on time with rent am huge on harmonious living and the live and let live mentality. I am seeking a larger room for my desk to fit in my space, ideally with a built in I have had to live without for the last few years.

Bonus points for unfurnished rooms with AC, own Bathroom and (optional) garage space.

I can provide the house with an awesome vaccum or fit in with current items quite easily.
