Bathroom pref. due to early shift hours. Looking to reside around Brunswick West, CBD/outbound or Mt Waverley surrounding suburbs, with nearby Public transport, walkable be ideal. Its a bit of a trek to work Mt Waverley end.

Employed FT warehousing. Courteous, tidy, timely w/ rent, easy going.
Don’t mind a gab or few, moreso if like minded. Enjoy bbqs, small gatherings in abode and prefer parties elsewhere.
