I’m a 27 year old teacher with a 10 year old Labrador. I’m looking to rent a place while I save up for my own place.
I’m a leisure therapist, working in Hunters Hill area and looking for a place to call home with like-minded people who want a comfortable and relaxed home that is happy and sociable while respecting each others space.
Looking for a short term housemate, backpackers welcome! It’s in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood that is 15 minutes proximity to the CBD. There a few cute cafes around and we have water views from our balcony. Close to the bay with access to peaceful walks and parks.
Looking to share a place with like minded people. I work in Finance in CBD full time, go to gym & not looking for a party house. I like to relax at home & watch TV & enjoy outdoors. Love food & happy to share a meal or glass of wine from time to time.
I work in advertising, am easygoing and keep fit, ride a motorbike, hang out with friends. All the usual stuff. Currently living in Abbotsford Cove with 2 others, but due to the owner wanting our amazing apartment back, we need to split and move out. So I'm looking for a place around the general area: Abbotsford, Chiswick, Drummoyne - near the parks and water - with 1-2 people. I have a 6yo boy who stays with me 2 nights a week (Tuesdays and half the weekend). He's cool and is used to the share house deal. Pets are also not an issue - we've lived with a cat for the past 2.5 years and he's good with animals. I'm happy to join a share house, but I'm not looking for a room, I'm looking for a place that can be home with good people. I don't need besties, but just easy-going people that are respectful. Been lucky in that respect. Alternately I'm happy to set up a place from scratch as a team-up if that works for someone. I need to be moved by early Feb but can do it earlier if that suits. Feel free to message me if any of this sound good. Edward

Easy going, good sense of humour, clean, reliable and mature professional looking for a quiet but sociable home environment to come home to after a long day at the office. I enjoy cooking and a good laugh over a beer or a glass of red occasionally, but pretty much do my own thing. I get to the gym regularly, eat healthy and play a little guitar when I find some time. Fast reliable internet access is a must as I sometimes work from home. References can be provided if required. I have all my own bedroom furniture and need a large room with a built in and my own bathroom and if there is some secure storage space i.e LUG that would be a bonus but not a deal breaker.

Hi! My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to F45 / the gym, playing video games and boardgames, reading, watching movies (especially horror and action) and drinking the occasional Guinness. I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a big party / clubbing person either. I currently live at home with my parents in Mosman, but I am looking to move out next year. I am considering getting a cat or a dog when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing and enjoy a laugh, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies. I'm looking mainly to have my own studio / granny flat, or to share with one other person, but if I meet the right people I am happy to extend this to a larger group. :)

Tasteful bathroom with double sized shower & porcelain vanity with large mirror. Internal laundry with washing machine & dryer. Generous sized balcony overlooking water views with small BBQ. Chiswick, a leafy and quite peninsula right next to the convenience of Drummoyne and Five Dock with regular buses and ferries straight into the city CBD and/or Strathfield. With a private room (with ample space), shared bathroom, and spacious living areas it is easy to co-live in this cute apartment. The apartment has air-conditioning that will control the indoor climate to your preference - winter or summer. The apartment is furnished, but the room will be unfurnished so you can move in with you own stuff. The room can easily fit a queen and other personal furnishings such as a desk, bookshelves, and draws. There is also a built in wardrobe to make life easier when it comes to storing all your clothes. There is a storage room downstairs for any stuff you may want to store, and if you drive there is a covered carport so you will never have to worry about parking your car far away when coming home late. The new flatmate will have to be onboard with a lease transfer as I am leaving to go overseas to continue my uni studies on exchange.
Just a 5 minute walk to Coles Five Dock and the many other Deli's and shops on Great North Road means you're never far from what you need and there's no stress. It's awesome living so close to Five Dock park which is massive and the Canada Bay "Bay Walk". Buses run regularly from the end of the road to the city and elsewhere. There's heaps of on street parking and I rarely don't get a park directly out the front. Only takes about 40mins on the bus to get to USYD or about 50 to the city in peak. Our place is super spacious 2 story home that's been renovated recently. It's well equipped with everything you'd need including speedy, unlimited internet, a well equipped kitchen, two living rooms (upstairs and down), great laundry facilities and a big backyard. There's 3 toilets, 3 showers divided between upstairs and down so bathroom time is never an issue.
Hey everyone, I'm 26yrs old working as a structural engineer and about to finish my MBA degree. I'm very friendly, sociable, respect others, and very clean. I'm very easy to get on with and keen to make friends and like to enjoy with my flatmates. looking for long-term flatmates who are keen to have an extra friend. Cheers
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
I am a 52 year old male with a very friendly medium sized dog. So I am looking for a flatmate who likes dogs and has a house with a backyard. He is an inside dog when I am home. Flexible at the moment with moving date. I am looking for a house with a relaxed atmosphere.
I work in a creative industry, currently as a Manager. I work late some nights and on Saturdays I leave early to work a 10 hour day. I enjoy a relaxed, fun, clean, living atmosphere. I am a young at heart 38 year old and enjoy to be social but also like my own down time...I enjoy the beach, outdoors, adventure, photography, traveling, cooking, cafe/restaurants, movies, hanging with friends.
Hi there! Thanks for reading. My name is Mitchell, I'm 24. Im currently looking for a place to move into and out of my current. Im looking to team up with someone. Ideally im looking to live with one other, MAXIMUM 2 other people. I currently work full time at night so you will have the place to yourself most nights. I'm very easy to have a conversation with but at the same time i respect peoples private space. I enjoy simple things, hikes, events, games and entertainment, podcasts etc etc... I workout 3-4 days a week when i can. I cook roughly 3-4 days a week but always clean (Not a kitchen hog) I don't have a pet (but a kitten or a small puppy would be a joy) I don't party at home but im not a bore, i do enjoy an occasional drink here and there. I encourage bringing a friend home or two. A social house is a good house. I host a "Boys" night once a month or fortnight when it suits which consists of a poker game :) If your interested in teaming up, let me know and we can arrange something! If you have a place for rent feel free to send me your listing! Mitch
