Sadly, two of our housemates are leaving so we are currently on the lookout for two great new housemates to fill in two private, unfurnished (we may be able to sort out some furniture) rooms and be on the new lease next month! We would prefer long-term tenants, however are flexible with organising shorter-term leases. Both are available from February 23 and are $150 per week each + bills and internet. Bond is $620. In total there are 4 bedrooms, one of which will be taken by Nicole/Ned in one, one other by myself and the two others by another housemate and possibly you! The common room areas will look a bit different (and definitely more stylish) as most of the pictured furniture will move with our previous housemates. We’re also bringing in a piano if that’s your thing. Out with the weight set. And looking to start a garden bed and bring in a worm farm. Our house is a chill, generally quiet non-party house (although we do love an occasional one). Nicole, Ned and I are looking for two housemates we can call our friends and vibe well with. Although there are a few of us, it is generally a quiet, peaceful home. We're located in the lovely suburb of Abbotsford. Just a street away from the water, 5 minutes walk from bus stop, 5-10 minutes walk to Wareemba shops, 15 minutes walk to Abbotsford ferry terminal (or a minute bus ride). There's parks nearby for BBQ, a cute little veranda for staring out at the sunset over the river, close to shops etc. Very quiet as well, you don't hear much from neighbours. It is an older flat, but the rooms are big and spacious, and there is an internal laundry. Price might be negotiable for the right applicant.
