Hi everyone ! We looking for new lovely flatmates ! The rent of the room is 325 for a couple and 300 for a single person. The room is large and furnished with a large wardrobe and double bed with bedside table ,2 desk and 50' TV . We have a full kitchen set up :) The lounge room is set up with a massive TV, and there is another room virtually empty opening out onto a large backyard where we enjoy BBQ's and music! We grow our own chilli and if you have a green thumb we are starting to plant various vegetables and chilli! It's a 2 minute walk to the park down the road that has a separate mini beach on the water. The unit is a 2 bedroom, with an office. You would have your own bathroom which is the main bathroom. The complex has 5 swimming pools, sauna and 2 tennis courts plus a coffee shop for those lazy sunday mornings. Unfountantly there this only on street parking and visitor parking at the back of the building. There is also a bus stop right out the front you can also catch a ferry which is just down the road should you want to go to the city. I'm a massive sports lover and being from Melbourne, yes my preferred sport is AFL but do enjoy the a game of League too.
