Hi, I am professional part timer looking for a place to stay. I would not be home most of the time as I need to care for my dad in the hospice near to Studley Park. I am basically looking for a place to stay over at night and out in the morning. Thanks. Santika
Had a tonne of experience in share houses, therefore am a considerate and tidy housemate and will always pay rent on time. I am an aid worker by trade but currently in the hospitality industry because food is awesome and I love making people happy with it! I'm really easy to get along with, chilled out, and enjoy debriefing with those I live with and, if the situation calls for it, a drink and some social time together too. I love food, travel, yoga, animals and going to music festivals (all kinds). You'll like living with me because I promise I'll make you laugh. When I'm not making you cry. Ok bye!
Recently moved back to Melbourne after 2 and a bit years in London. I like to socialise, eat/drink and balance that with gym and yoga, working full time as a Legal Secretary. I'm clean, friendly and considerate. Looking for a room in a house with some cool people. Go ahead and have a quick stalk of my insta to get a feel for who I am :)
Hello! We are a friendly couple looking for a room with an ensuite in a nice house with cool people. A bit about ourselves, Sam is a chilled out kiwi who works as a plumber and Diana is a super bubbly professional. We enjoy socialising over dinner with housemates or watching Netflix. We are also out quite a lot with work and friends. Please contact us if you think you have a suitable place to welcome us into. Haha yea about that photo...
I'm a creative professional working f/t in the interior design industry. I've hit up Europe a couple of times this year, and after working for myself for the last 24 months, it's time to hunker down and adult for a while. I'm a dreadful cook, but an easy going and tidy person. Looking for a house were I'll have some space and privacy, but still keep a social aspect with my housemates. I love fresh flowers, wine, pizza, Netflix, and everybody's pets.
I have recently come back to Australia after travelling for 10 months, im a musician and I work in bars. Looking for a job up north to get closer to friends. I'm easy to get along with and down to earth, coming from Byron bay I have a very relaxed mentality. I'm clean and tidy and I'll do the dishes no worries. Hit me up for a drink if you'd like to meet up :) thanks for your help Ashley
Hi my name is Brenton and I am a young professional who doesn't myself to seriosuly. I am fully share house trained and always up for a laugh. I love to cook, keep fit and keep life interesting. I am currently looking for a short term stay until March as I plan on moving to Canada! If you would like to meet me then let's organise an inspection.
Hi! James & I are two English people who work in advertising, James's a graphic designer (the artsy one) and I'm a producer (the boring one). We've both been in Australia for just over 18 months and are getting sponsored to stay long-term. We're looking for a house that's available for between 6-9 months as we might see what's what next year. We like to have beers, go to the cinema, go see bands, sit in the sun and ride our bikes. We're house trained, garden trained and work 9-5 but we are sociable and fun on the weekends, and occasionally (to our demise) during the week. We're looking for a share house with people who are friendly, open and fun, not keen for kick ons every weekend! J & J
Living in an amazing location looking over Victoria Park. The Place - Fully furnished with all the essentials. I have a dishwasher and washing machine - The apartment is very secure - Balcony with the best view - Parking can be shared between us The Room - Is private and has its own bathroom - Fitted with a built in wardrobe - You can fit a queen sized bed, another dresser and desk quite easily Location - Victoria Park train station is a 5 minute walk from home. Takes 12 minutes to get to Flinders St station - Bus routes 200 and 207 on Johnston St are also just a few minutes walk to get to - Very close to Johnston St, Smith St, Brunswick St and Victoria St - Plenty of cafe's and restaurants but it's still very peaceful around the area
GOOD Location! Share a massive room from $150pw. Opportunity now exist to move into a very spacious, beautifully designed 6 Loft bed dorm (in a 8-bed 4-bath beautiful Mansion, good inner-city location). Not for party animals! House is located off a quiet street off Victoria St's cafes, 1 min walk to Woolies & Aldi, direct Tram (109) & Train (North Richmond) to CBD less than 10mins. The house is also right between Carlton & Fitzroy and Richmond 's vibrant shopping & restaurant precinct, too convenient to be true.
Non smokers, non alcoholics and no party animals please. 1 Private room available now in splendid Mansion! - $275/w for single - $325/w for couple All bills (gas, water, electricity) included (apart from heater, cooler), Fully Furnished, Unlimited WIFI. Just bring your suitcase! The mansion has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 4-5 times bigger than an average house in Melbourne with huge space. You will have friendly housemates from all walks of life to socialise with. The house is very well looked after and maintained, you Won't get the noise, dirty dishes, dirty bathrooms, smokes, drunk behaviour, and all the problems that comes with every other share house. This has been the No. 1 reason people move into this house. Communal areas are professionally cleaned once a week, coin washers and dryers available too.
Neat, tidy and love a good feed. Into my sports and getting out and about on weekends. 24 years old and working full time for a work and travel company! A bit of a clown, enjoy a laugh and the odd beer. I'm willing to go over $250 if I feel the place is right for me! Not a smoker but am not fussed if you are.
I'm a friendly 26 year old girl looking to live with like-minded people, hopefully similar in age and interests. I like the outdoors and fitness, camping, hiking, all that sort of stuff. I also enjoy cooking and anything food-related, art, live music, reading, travel... I'm looking to find people who can be housemates but also friends, I am respectful and tidy in nature and think a nice atmosphere in the home is very important.
I am originally from New Zealand but have lived in the inner north suburbs of Melbourne for the last 7 years. I currently work full time as a producer at an advertising agency in Collingwood. I can speak French and Japanese, am a musician/writer and enjoy most creative things. Looking for a tidy, respectful house, would love to hear from you!
My current lease is running out and I would love to meet someone new to move in with. I moved to Melbourne this year so I'm always up for adventures and more exploring. I'm clean and tidy but like to feel comfortable in my own home so definitely not pedantic about it. I work afternoon/evening shifts as a physiotherapist so I have most mornings free. Would love to find someone social to move in with but also appreciate alone time. Hoping to move out around the 8th of October but that date and the length of stay doesn't have to be definite. Ideally I'd be looking to team-up with someone and find a place. Let me know if you're interested!
The apartment is only twelve months old, is furnished and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms so you'll have a bathroom all to yourself!! Your room has built in robes and does have a double bed, bed side table and shelf unit but if you want to bring your own bedroom furniture I can put that in the storage cage. Bond is actually 6 weeks rent but I'm not able to list it as that on this site. It is payable to real estate agent and you will go on the lease so everything is above board. You couldn't ask for a better spot, it's 15 minutes to the city, the tram is a 1 minute walk, North Richmond train station is 5 minutes by tram, Victoria Gardens shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and if that's too far there is an IGA 1 minute walk away, Victoria street restaurants are a five minute walk, there is a gym and pool in the building but there is a better gym a 3 minute walk away and Richmond swimming pool and gym is 10 minutes walk, there is a great courtyard and BBQ facilities, the list goes on. The parking spot is taken but you can rent one from another apartment in the building.
My name is Kate - I'm 35, a writer and therapist, as well as homely creative and foodie type with a penchant for good whole food and organic cooking. Currently I work 35 hours a week including Saturdays, some Sundays and one late night. I am financial, rent and bill reliable, spacially aware, friendly, v.open minded and socially and emotionally intelligent. I love music, art, dancing - dancing in the kitchen while cooking and listening to music! I am also a birth worker (doula), a singer and I practice tantra. I am a seasoned housemate and great communicator and like to think that I'm a pretty ace all-rounder when it comes to making it work. I am looking for a grounded, earth and human friendly home with a bath and veg patch (or patio for pots?) I can share with other similarly minded and hearted human beings, ideally with others who are 28 + and who enjoy an active, creative and clean-living lifestyle. Ideally I'd love to live with other creatives who appreciate and value a relaxed home environment that is supportive of our various projects and endeavours, however am really open minded and the main need for me is respect, maturity, sincerity and reliability in the people I share a home with. Because of the nature of my work, I enjoy my home as a sanctuary of nurture, rest, creativity and peace, rather than a super-social party house, and a space where the TV is not the central focus. I am looking for a large and light filled room in such a home. I'd prefer a house rather than an apartment, however am totes open to considering otherwise for the right location and peeps. Please let me know if you are keen and I'd love to swing by at a mutually suitable time. If you'd like to chat more please do not hesitate to contact me. Warmly, Kate.

Easy going, quiet, laid-back like to cook at home...always clean up after myself. No mess in the shared spaces. Occasional visitors but make sure there is no disruption of your space. Spiritually inclined, university researcher, just looking for a space with separate bathroom and little overlap between flatmates. Can be social but usually give people their space...not a party goer, like to read, watch movies and happy to cook for the flatmate on occasion and make some good chai. Active - into yoga, meditation and weight training. Can give more information if desired.
Clean, quiet and tidy. New to Melbourne so looking to socialise and network but also love my own space and quiet time. I love film, comedy, music etc. Im working part time atm and looking for more work. I will be returning to study in November and am looking to settle in a nice cosy spot.
We are losing two of our wonderful housemates to the world of property ownership so our master bedroom is up for grabs! Our home is a two-storey townhouse on top of "The Hive" in Abbotsford - nestled on the edge of Richmond and Collingwood. It is super safe and secure and literally on top of an Aldi, Chemist warehouse, BWS and Woolies (which is the best for late night cravings!) with the 12 & 109 Trams at your doorstep. It is only a short walk to North Richmond station, past some of the best Vietnamese restaurants and brunch spots. The spatious sun-drenched master bedroom is available Nov 27th (neg) and has its own private balcony, aircon, ensuite, a giant 4 x door built in wardrobe and an underground car space. The large living/dining/kitchen opens onto a north-facing courtyard, with a Weber BBQ and is filled with our very own urban jungle (i.e. pot plants, succulent, herbs and the start of our raised productive garden bed). We have three bedrooms in total + ensuite + bathroom + toilet/ powder room + European laundry . The house features Smeg kitchen appliances (we love cooking ...and sharing!), secure intercom system and unlimited internet. Bills are split evenly by 4 so it is super cost effective! The shared parts of the house are fully furnished. We are looking for fun considerate people to join our lease, and would love to hear from you and show you your potential future home! Please note the bond is payable before moving in and applicants will have to go through the usual approval with the landlord but we have had a great experience with the estate agent and owner thus far.
