The housemates are currently me (Andy) an IT professional (but lots of fun!) and a mid 20s Aussie Professional. We are fun, social, laid back and who will keep the house fairly clean. I am very tidy and I love to cook. I enjoy a good chat and a glass of wine, love going out on the weekends but also love chilling at home during the week. I am very easy to get along with, very understanding and I am very friendly - all up, I feel that I am very easy to live with, and I hope to find a housemate who is the same.
We are both keen runners and love to travel. Jon is a web developer and Graham is a paramedic. We moved from the UK to Melbourne around 9 months ago.
Hi Everyone, 2 bedroom apartment is available for rent separately or as a whole. The apartment and your room will be fully furnished. Just bring your stuffs and move in. The apartment itself includes Gym and Swimming pool that are free to use for tenants. It's a nice area for running and jogging as well. Not too busy, noisy and crowded and yet closed to everything you need: City is just 10 minutes drive away, Coles and Victoria garden are just 5 minutes off the street, and all the great restaurants in Abbotsford and Richmond are there to be explored. It is just too good of a great combo. The address is 11 Flockhart st, Abbotsford. It is closed to Victoria st - Tram stop is right at your door step. Victoria Garden - Ikea is just a stop away. No pet and no smoking inside the house please. Shared bills. Give me a buzz !!!!
I currently work in Richmond in a retail head office. I relocated over from Perth around 18 months and have minimal furniture, although I do have a lot of kitchenware (I quite enjoy cooking). I tend to work long hours, 8am-6pm+ and am generally at the gym and socialising either side. If not, I enjoy a meal at home and a glass of wine. My weekends are spent working on my own business, catching up with friends, cooking and exercise etc. I've lived with housemates over the last couple of years, and would like to think I am clean, considerate and respectful of others.
Hi I'm Kayla. Just a lone spud looking for somewhere to move into in the next 2 weeks. I study arts full time and work part time in a cafe. In my spare time I take flicks and like to go for a bev or few. Im only quite new to Melbourne so would enjoy housemates that show me something cool every now and again. Im laid back, friendly, clean, and always pay rent/bills on time. I consider myself a competent cook... sometimes when time permits i like to show off my cooking skills and feed everyone. MAX rent $220 including all bills and Internet. I have a cute little car that I will need to park somewhere too.
Hi all I'm looking for a new place from 26th July till late November. Just did 4 months in Brunswick and now travelling to Europe for 1 month. I'm 23, work full time in asset management and have a car. I have a Greek Australian background. Easygoing, reliable and clean. I'm looking for a place with people that also have these qualities. Let me know if you have a furnished room available! Thank you Michael
Hello there! We're a super easy going couple looking for a lovely place to call home. We have to move out of our current home by the 16th of July and are looking for the following: - Furnished room is essential as we just moved from GC and don't have furniture - En-suite/own bathroom is preferred - Easy going housemates who like to keep a clean house and are not party people - Length of stay = looking for more than 3 months - Smoke-free house Who we are: - Ben = Aus, Lysanne = Dutch - Enjoy a glass of wine and good food - Love coffee, cooking, nature, sightseeing, travel & DOGS (but don't have any) - Clean, non-smokers - Lysanne works full time in food regulatory affairs (in Blackburn) - Ben is a law graduate and currently looking for work
I am an Australian who grew up in Central QLD and studied in Brisbane. Have since lived in Sydney and Perth and to complete my Australian tour on the quest for the most livable city I am now moving to Melbourne. All of my moves have been for work (same firm - just transferring offices). My move to Melbourne is particularly exciting as I'll be closer to my boyfriend, who lives 3 hrs north of Melbourne. So there is a fair chance I'll be out of town every second weekend or so. Work wise I am a HR Professional at a law firm in the city. I enjoy coffee, the beach, good wine, good food and on weekends I like to get out and about and socialise with friends. During the week I'm a creature of habit and like going to the gym and trying to eat healthy. It would be great to find a house that is not too far from the city, with housemates that are social, easy going and also in a similar work/life status. The ideal housemate would also help me drink through the collection of wine I've acumulated whilst living too close to the Margaret River. If you think your house and housemates might be a good fit please shoot me through a message.

I work full time as a sex worker. Monday-Friday 10am-6pm in a brothel. I do not work from home. Looking for private rent/sublet only. Furnished, or at least just a bed. I am quiet and do my own thing but also happy to share a meal every now and then. Looking to live with open minded people. Must be close to a tram stop or train station. No buses.
Hi! My name is Tessa. I'm currently working full time between veterinary nursing and as a sales assistant in the animal industry, so I'm reliable for rent and bills. I've lived in shared housing before, and I'm very tidy and respectful of space and personal belongings. I spend most of my working days on my feet, so when I come home I like to relax and unwind. I'm not a partier, and much prefer going out for breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner/whatever or enjoying a quiet glass of wine at home. I'm happy to socialise and meet new people, but am also very happy binge watching something on Netflix. I'm looking to share housing with one or two other people. I'm LGBT+ friendly, I love animals and it's important for me to live somewhere pet friendly (no pets currently though). I'm ideally looking to move into a new place in a few months time (flexible with dates, though preferably end of August/September). Very interested in team ups/upcoming spare rooms for the Richmond area. Please send me a message if you feel we'd live well together!
Hey! I'm a Kiwi who's lived in Melbourne for more than two years now, working full time as a Software Consultant in the city. I'm 9-5 in the week, so would be out of the house a bit. I like to get outside and get active in my free time. I'm starting to get into training for the Coast to Coast endurance race in the South Island in February next year. I've done a fair bit of travelling and lived in Asia for a few years, learnt how to order food and beer (badly) in a couple of languages and dabbled in videography. I'm a massive tea fan, so if you're into tea I've got a decent stash of Puerh that we can try. I come with a dining table, 4 dining chairs, a couch and kitchen stuff (blender, pots, pans etc) so if you also have bits and bobs (a nice bookshelf and a washing machine would be awesome!) we could do a team-up and take on a lease. I've been to some property inspections and there are some really nice places available in Richmond and Fitzroy. Send me a message if you think we could sort something out.

I've been renting for the past 7.5 years so I'm definitely house-trained and respect all the common areas. I work as a chef too, so random occasional feasts are definitely in order. I'm honest, friendly, have a wee bit of common sense and I respect people's privacy.
Currently studying Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne. I'm originally from the Philippines, and I've been living in Melbourne for around 2 years. I stayed in a dormitory back when I was living in the Philippines, so I'm used to living with other people and understanding the needs of the people I live with. Outside of studying, my hobbies include martial arts, and I'm looking for a place near Collingwood primarily because the gym I train at is there.

Hi! I am Mayura from Goa India and I recently moved to Melbourne to do my masters in international development at RMIT. I've lived in flatshares for 4 years now so I'm well aware of what it takes to make a house a home . I like helping out with household activities and make sure to clean up after myself. I also understand and respect peoples personal space, but never mind grabbing some lunch or drinks every now and then.
