Hey Hey, I’m Karo and moved from Perth to Melbourne about a year ago. I rented an apartment with a friend and our lease runs out on the 19th of November:) I'm looking for an empty single room with a BIR for a long term stay. I’m German but have been living here for 4 1/2 years and have rented my own apartment before so I’m happy to take over a lease or even rent a new place if anyone is keen. The places I’m looking at staying would be city, Richmond, abbotsford, kew, hawthorn, toorak, southbank, south Melbourne. I’m pretty easy going, clean and responsible. I work on weekends though so I’m looking for a quieter place:) Can’t wait to hear from you Karo
I'm an actor/singer from Perth and just moved to Melbourne. I'm fun, easy going and friendly. I love singing, acting, watching movies, netflix, travelling, and hanging out with friends. Hoping to find a place close to the city or somewhere close to public transport.
My name is Hyun, like HYUNDAI but without DAI at the end ;-) I’m a former hotel housekeeper and renovator..., very handy around a house. I'm respectful, sociable, tidy, independent and well rounded. Looking for a temporary place to stay for 5 weeks until I can move into my new apartment in Preston.
Hi! I’m currently a full time working performer/promo girl in Melbourne. I love people and want to live with others who have a genuine interest in being my friend, not just ‘that chick I see sporadically when we awkwardly bump into each other after one of us has showered...’ No one needs that ‘indifferent’ bollocks. Let’s get to know one another! ...That being said my working hours vary and I am a very sleepy human so I often keep to myself too. It’s very unlikely I will be up in your business 24/7. Balance is what it’s all about, right? I must note that as a working performer I do sing and express various emotions a lot as a part of my rehearsal process... being able to do so in the confines of my room without any problems is a must for me! I seldom do this late at night, but may do so early mornings due to some early starts. Overall, I am seeking a creative household and would love to live with other people who understand or are at least intrigued by the creative industry. I am also open to renting a self-contained granny flat/bungalow or specific floor of an established house... Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
I am very coorperative with the rules and regulations applied, I will take care of the property very well. I don’t smoke and I will not throw any parties.

Hi, my name is Konstantin and my passion is coffee. Thatswhy I have decided to quit my Berlin (Germany) based office job and come to Melbourne, to learn everything about coffee that I don't know yet. I will stay in Melbourne for 1 year, before I return to Berlin to open up my own coffee roasting business. I am a fun, laid-back person who likes to cook and go out with friends. I am very considerate, attentive and tidy and will respect everyones privacy. I love photography and film making as well as watching a good movie or tv-series at home or in the theatre. Hey there guys! I'm from Malaysia and I recently obtained my PR to live in Australia. Ready to move any time after finding a housemate and securing a place to live. A little info about me, I'm a certified Chemical Engineer and I was working for a Japanese company for 5 years. I don't plan to find a permanent job for the first few months in Melbourne. Probably find some casual jobs to do and explore the area. I love traveling. I hope you are down to explore with me! I am very friendly and superbly tidy (traits I learned from the Japanese). I don't smoke and I only drink with good company, definitely not a party person. I'm a tech lover and a video gamer. I will be bringing my PS4 with me. I'm also addicted to binge watching Netflix but I'm sick of watching alone so please do join me. I can't cook and you'll have to save me in that department but I'm very interested in learning. Besides that, I will have no friends in Melbourne so you have no choice but to be my best friend. I hope you're up for all the banter. Oh added bonus if you're a pet lover! I would like to get a golden retriever puppy in the future. About the arrangement, I am only looking for 1 other housemate. I hope my housemate pays attention to tidiness as much as I do. I would prefer a female because I have too many male friends and I really need to branch out. But if I'm forever doomed to only have male friends, I will accept my fate :p For the location, I would like to live in CBD but anywhere nearby is fine if the company is right. If anyone would want to team up to sign a lease, I will be more than happy to do so. Since this is my first time living in Melbourne, I prefer not to commit to a long term stay but if my flatmate is awesome, I will change to long term without any doubt! Hit me up and let me know what you guys have in mind :)
Hi my name’s Joe, I’m 28 and work full time in the city. I like footy, hiking, gigs and hanging with mates. I’m a respectful person to live with and am a tidy housemate. I’m not around much during the week but more than happy to have a beer and a chat on the weekends if that’s the vibe! Feel free to flick me a message if I sound like a good fit for your place.
My name is Gary, I am a 36 year old. Love getting out and about during my spare time, I am also keen on completing a triathlon although have some work to do. Other than that I enjoy the odd drink and meal out with friends.
I'm a sunny Brisbane girl who likes living with friends rather than roommates. I like a drink at the end of the day and the occasional shared meal, but also I know when to leave you alone for some solitary bliss. I'm still pretty new to Melbourne so exploring is still a novelty. I like to knit and read and watch way to many shows about murder. And yes, I can absolutely make you a dorky knitted hat. I've been living in shared spaces since I was 18 so I know how to act like a fully functioning human, i.e; dishes, laundry, general cleanliness. My past roommates would say I'm above average when it comes to cleanliness but I don't expect you to live up to those standards, just don't be a frat boy level sewer rat and we are sweet. P.S. I also come with an entire household of furniture (excluding a couch/TV/washing machine) including kitchenware (I own a nutri-bullet), a large book collection and an equally large amount of vinyl.
Hey guys!! I’m a 26 year old male from the land of the long white cloud (New Zealand). I have been in Melbourne for 4 months now and I work full time in sheet metal engineering. I’m a chilled out guy who’s usually if I’m not working am usually posted up in my room playing PlayStation, or watching Netflix. I don’t mind going out to for food and catching up with people over a drink or 2 lol, I do have the odd big night out but usually find me gaming. If anyone needa a gaming buddy and has a room up for grabs. I’d be happy to take it
Hey All, My name is Tenielle. I am an outgoing, fun female, who is always up for some trashy TV with a glass of vino in hand. I enjoy the outdoors, yoga and exploring all the goodness that Melbourne has to offer. I work full time in the Fashion Buying industry Mon-Fri which can be a little hectic at times, so down time during the week is very important to me. I am from country WA and have called Melbourne home for 6 years now. I have plenty of real estate history as well as references and am now looking for something long term. I am clean tidy and always take pride my own place. If i seem like someone who fit in well, please get in contact :)
Hi, My name is Apeec. I'm originally from Canberra and moved to Melbourne last year. I am a neat, respectful, considerate and friendly person. I also understand the need for privacy and personal time/space. I like sports, reading, philosophy and have an eclectic taste in most things. When not working, you'll find me playing bball, reading, music, radio or out exploring with friends and family. I work full time in the city, so a place that's close to transport would be optimal. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Apeec
Hello! I am a 29 year old American traveling through Australia. I plan on staying in Melbourne for at least 3 months. Always good for a conversation but have no problem keeping my own company. More than willing to help out with my share of chores around the house. Looking for a relaxed place to sleep between work and exploring the city. Thanks! Tim
We're breaking our lease Early January 2019 (Ideally 6th Jan) and would love to find someone secured with the Real Estate Agency before signing a new lease elsewhere to minimise costs of doubling up on rent etc. LOCATION The apartment is on Acacia Place, Abbotsford (Richmond) which is such an ideal location - just off of Victoria Street and opposite Vic Gardens. Close to Burnley, Bridge & Swan Street The 109 & 12 tram are literally a 45 second walk from our apartment. There is an amazing rooftop with hot tub, pool, sauna & 2 gyms on site of which you have full access. There are also 2 amazing cafes under the apartment block and a 24 hour concierge (we're literally only breaking our lease as my housemate is moving back to NZ 😞 ) THE APARTMENT The apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath, 1 car space + storage cage on the 3rd floor. The kitchen has ample storage and both bedrooms are really good size (Queen bed in both). It's a really cute apartment. Unfurnished- but we do have some furniture to sell if you're interested. COST We currently pay $500 per week ($2179 per month) and the bond was $3000 - but you'd best check these details with the Real Estate (Dingle Partners) if you're interested in applying. We're happy to show you through the property and point you in the right direction of applying. OPTIONS If you were interested in lease transfer - our lease is up on 28th March 2019 but I'm sure they'd be keen to secure someone for another year- again, something you'd need to discuss with the Real Estate. Please message if you're actually interested. Thanks 🙂
Hey! We are easy going, super tidy, great cooks, love live music, partial to a few wines and are very in to our fitness. We work full time in hospitality in the CBD. We are from the North of England (Manchester) so we have great craic and can make a proper cup of tea! (Also pretty good at margaritas!) We’d love to meet you!
Hi Guys!I've just moved to Melbourne to live a great experience in this amazing city for a while! I studied foreign languages in Italy and I have experienced sharehousing while I was living in Germany. I’m taking a break from professional work in Italy and have lived independently for many years, therefore paying bills on time is no issue. I'm curious, respectful, I like travelling, good wine, coffee, music, and surfing. I also love animals. I'm clean and tidy and well aware of other’s space. I get along with everyone and I love friendly and talkative people. I'm looking for a place to call home whith good mates and good vibes
