Fun, outgoing and adventurous person. I work full time Tuesday to Saturday. I’m very open minded and easy to get on with. I regularly attend the gym and enjoy socialising with friends.

HEY! I'm from England, currently in Australia on a working holiday visa with my second year already granted, so I've got a potential 18 months or so in Melbourne. My professional / academic background is in chemical engineering / sales. I've previously lived in London and Berlin. Regarding social interests and activities, I've recently made the decision to embrace sobriety, with a view to focus on getting as fit as possible for the impending rugby season - I'm really into wellness, fitness and sport in general. I'm super clean, tidy and considerate. Ready to view ASAP. Josh
Looking for a private room with like-minded people in a sharehouse towards the end of February and beginning of March. I am flexible on the dates, especially if you have a lovely home with good company! I'm 23 and moving from Newcastle NSW to Melbourne to work and study after some time abroad. I am studying Biological Science and working in retail pharmacy. I'm easy going and tidy, I would love to share some nice family dinners with my housemates (I'm an excellent cook, thank you Italian parents) and occasional drinks. I am happy to keep to myself and/or have a nice chat and share some fun anecdotes. In my spare time I enjoy going to live gigs, rummaging through op shops, yoga, visiting national parks, going for a swim, rollerskating, painting, reading, baking, watching netflix and exploring every nook and cranny of a city. Feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place that would suit me and if you have any questions just ask :) P.S I expect a wine and cheese housemates only party once I move in, nothing to bond like alcohol and being silly. P.S.S Please accept meeeeee
We are a fun couple looking for a large room in an established share house or housemates willing to start a place with us. Nick works full time as an economist and Charlotte works part time in hospitality and finished her Masters of Social Policy this year. We are easy going and enjoy quality banter, craft beer, footy, getting out and about and going to gigs. Monday to Friday is low key filled with exercise and watching the Bachelor or Survivor. We are clean, respectful of others and can meet deadlines. Also make a mean caramel slice. About you: We are looking for housemates who we hope to call friends who are happy to socialise while being respectful of space also. Ideally you are clean, a good communicator and be able to meet payment deadlines. About the house: We are looking for a house or townhouse with plenty of space to ensure we aren't living on top of one another. Nick also has plenty of furniture and appliances including a fridge, washing machine, dryer, everything for the kitchen and a coffee table. If you are interested or have any questions send us a message! Cheers, Charlotte and Nick.
Hi - I'm Ollie, a 29 year old originally from the UK. I'm a film editor working full time and have been living here for 5 years now. Enjoy all the good things Melbourne has to offer and love meeting new people and have lived in share houses for the last 10 years so quite used to being mindful and respectful of those around me
Hi! I'm Tara, I'm nearly 19 and I work in hospitality. I'm an artist in my spare time, mainly specialising in portraiture. I paint quite a lot, so I'm looking for a bigger room or at least a space where I can set up my easel. I'm not much of a party type, but don't get me wrong, I still love being social. I'd rather chat over a few beers and live music than go clubbing though! I'm looking for a share house that feels like home to everyone who lives there. Ideally, we'd all be respectful of each other's privacy but come together occasionally to relax and share a meal. I'm a smoker, but only ever outside. I'm also a vegan but am respectful of everyone's beliefs and lifestyles. Lastly, I'm great with pets and kids and neither are deal breakers! Look forward to hearing from you :) x
Hi there! My names Luke, I'm a 27 year old engineering/project management professional who's just started a Master's in Environmental Studies. I'm looking for a place to tide me over until some friends move here in June. Ideally looking for two bedrooms (myself and a friend who is coincidently also called Luke) however open to just the one if that's all that is available!
Moved to Melbourne in december and working at Yagiz Restaurant as a chef. I am into photograph and percussion also love cinema, dancing and nature. I can describe myself as a tidy, responsible and easygoing person. Looking for a private room in a share house.
I'm a 29 year old Interior Design Graduate making the big move from Sydney to Melbourne. I'm hella excited to carve a new career in a design capital! More about me; I love to cook and I sing terribly in the shower free of charge. I also enjoy the occasional boogie and a night on the town. I'm looking for a clean and laid back urban oasis with a cool crew of people who respect personal space but also get together for dinner nights and activities. I would prefer an environmentally conscious household.
Chill but social kiwi Clean and respectful, have lived in houseshares previously Love my sports and gym Moved here recently so also keen on a beer and meeting new people Work Monday to Friday in Southbank
Hey! I’m going to be moving from Perth to Melbourne in February to do my Masters at the University of Melbourne. I’m very friendly, respectful and considerate of others. Lover of good wine, good food and, of course, travel! 😊 Looking for a comfortable private room , ideally to share the house/flat with 1-2 other people. I value having tidy communal spaces so I am looking to share with someone who is the same. Would really like to find somewhere where I am made to feel at home and not feel like I need to lock myself away in my bedroom all the time. As I’ll be studying, I’m looking for something that won’t be a “party house” on the reg! Any questions, just ask 👍
Feels a bit like filling in an online dating profile. 😉 I'm Jen, a Visual Designer native to Melbourne. I've recently returned to Australia after living in London for the last few years, designing book covers, and loping faraway lands. Finding my feet here again, I'm looking for a place to call home. 🏠 What makes me great to live with? I'm almost always with a rosy disposition. I'm a serial smiler. I'm an avid tea drinker. Also an avid red wine drinker when the occasion calls for it. I'm a good listener. I like to cook and share with those I care to spend time with. I'm a minimalist, meaning I'm also neat and tidy. I like to keep my personal space clean, respect common ground, but won't get upset over minor mess. Ideally I'm looking to share with other professionals similar to myself - relatively responsible during the work week, with a happy balance of other life commitments and sociability. As with my previous shares, I'd ultimately like to call my housemates friends rather than go home to people who like to hide out in their rooms never to be seen. Of course this is within reason as most of us like our own space, myself included. I'm no longer a party animal, but if you like cooking meals together and dancing around the kitchen whilst doing so, I'm your lady. Looking forward to hearing from prospective housemates. 😊
Hi there, We are 2 international students (India) starting at RMIT in March - MS in Medical Physics. Looking for large studio apartment, flat share with females only. We are clean, tidy, organised and fun loving..loves to read, travel and watch movies.
Hey people, me and my girlfriend are looking for a nice house with nice people to share with. We are easy going and would love to get to know our housemates and discover new restaurant and maybe even go to road trips together.
We have a small but CHEAP room available to rent in our sharehouse in Abbotsford. ABOUT THE ROOM The room is small but cosy. It has a nice skylight and small built in robe. If you have extra stuff, we have a cupboard across the hallway that can be all yours. Rent is $763 PCM. Bills are usually $98.32 per month, this includes Foxtel, utilities, internet etc. WHAT’S NEARBY We’re located across the road from Victoria Park Oval and a quick walk away from all the coffee, food & bars you could ask for. There’s also an IGA just down the road. TRANSPORT We’re 2 minutes away from Vic Park station and also SUPER close to the buses along Johnston street & Hoddle street. If driving is more your style, we’ve also got a permit pass we can give you to park right out front.
This apartment is amazing, beautifully furnished with a huge Balcony and bbq area. Also comes with a swimming pool, gym and amazing outdoor gardens. The apartment backs onto the Yarra and is a 15 min tram ride to the city, the tram stop is at the front door. You have your own bathroom and fully furnished bedroom with built in wardrobe. Amazing views of the city from the balcony! IGA is at the front door and if that’s not enough Victoria gardens shopping center is a 4 min walk! Myself and my husband Lewis live here and are quiet and chilled people! We work Monday to Friday 7-5 so we’re never home midweek!
Hey! I've just moved over to Melbourne from Adelaide for work as a civil engineer and am looking for a place in the inner suburbs. Pretty chilled out person who likes a run and a beer. I’ve lived in sharehouses before and know the drill on how to be a good housemate. I’m also pretty clean and mindful of keeping shared spaces relatively tidy. Engineering is pretty dry so in my spare time I like to keep active and do fun things and get out and about, like to go for a run and play a bit of soccer but also really keen on art and design, drawing, exploring Melbourne etc so won’t be in your hair the whole time. Definitely down to chat more if you’re interested, feel free to text if that's easier. Could also get around a teamup as well! Cheers, Alex
Hey Gang, I am beginning the process of moving back to Melbourne from Brisbane. I'm originally from Tassie, I lived in Melbourne (Carlton) for a few years before moving up to Bris in 2017 to develop a tech start up. Now is the time I want to move back to Melbourne to settle long term, and I am able to continue my role. (I will be travelling back an forth to Brisbane & Sydney from time to time) I'm generally just a nice, courteous and open minded person who enjoy's all the usual (and unusual) cultural aspects of life. I have lived in share houses for the duration of my 20's. I understand the in's and out's of sharing a home with people and am able to communicate with, and appreciate people on all levels - this isn’t my first rodeo. I am north-side inclined, however, will be happy in most places close to the city with a good sense of community. Looking to make the move in the next 4-6 weeks but tbc. Best Oli ..
