Louise
$450/week•28 year old woman
Hi! I'm Louise 👋 I'm currently looking for a place to stay in Crows nest/ North Sydney or the Eastern suburbs and would love to find a home that's clean, relaxed and friendly. A bit about me, I'm 28 years old. I work full time Monday to Friday as a product manager. I'm moving to Sydney for work. I'm pretty chilled, respectful and an easy going person. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, pilates, boxing, running, grabbing a coffee or dinner with friends. I enjoy a good balance between being social and having quiet nights in. I am respectful of others spaces but also keen for a chat and a cup of tea every now and then. My budget is around $480 p/wk but I am flexible for the right fit. My main aim is to be very close to the metro/tram. Preferably: Coogee, Randwick ( or nearby) Crows nest, North Sydney, Paddington, Surry hills. Bonus points if there are grocery shops and gyms nearby! And a bit going on in the area😊 If you think I'd be a good fit, please reach out and I'd love to chat! Thanks, Louise

Hi there! 😊 I’m looking for a private room in a cozy, friendly share house with flatmates around 25–35. I’m happy to live with guys or girls, and I’d prefer not to live with a couple in the house. I love animals 🐶🐱, so having pets around is absolutely fine! ✨ A bit about me: I work full-time on-site from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, so I’m out during the day. After work, I usually go to the gym, take dance classes, or catch up with friends. On weekends, I enjoy some quiet, cozy time to relax and recharge. I also enjoy the beach, being close to nature, lighting candles, reading, and practising yoga on calm weekends. I really enjoy creating a happy, positive home where everyone feels comfortable and respected. Thanks so much for reading! I hope this gives you a little sense of my vibe. 🌸

Mae Jasmin and Naoya
$500/week•24-27 year old woman and man
My partner (Japanese) and I (Filipino) are moving from the Gold Coast to Sydney in October and are hoping to find a nice place we can settle into for the next few years (we’re on a 3-year grad visa). I work full-time as a childcare educator transferring to a Sydney branch, and my partner is looking for a full-time IT role in Sydney. We’re tidy, respectful, and enjoy a quiet household. I love cooking and prepping meals and I’m also that person who does a big clean/reset on weekends so the place feels fresh and ready for the week ahead. We’re hoping to find a safe, clean, and accessible place with our own room where we can stay for the next few months to years. In return, we’ll be responsible, reliable tenants who keep things tidy, organised, and stress-free.

Dheer
$500/week•25 year old man
If you’re into noodles, movies, or random late-night chats — we’ll definitely get along. Hey, I’m Dheer 👋, an ambivert (also a vegetarian). I’m juggling two internships (one in Sydney, one online) and will have my Master’s wrapped up by the time I move in. Outside work, I enjoy coffee, taking random walks, watching movies, sketching, and exploring new cafes. At home, I’m usually cooking noodles like they’re a gourmet dish, sketching, or suggesting a horror movie marathon no one asked for 😅. I’m easygoing about most things (non-veg cooking doesn’t bother me), just not a fan of smoking indoors, and I appreciate a little courtesy with noise and doors at night. Mostly, I’m looking for hygienic roommates and a place that feels relaxed, friendly, and welcoming — somewhere flatmates can unwind, feel heard, and just be themselves, while striking a balance between socialising and downtime.
