Hey guys! I'm looking for an inner city apartment with a private room just for myself (1 person) preferably with my own bathroom but I am flexible for the right place. I just moved to Melbourne 3 months ago with my fiancé after being in Brisbane for 14 years so she could be closer to her family. I have been living in the northern suburbs at her family's home for the past 3 months but I'm looking to get into the city (just me, she will stay in the suburbs) so I can be in my element as a financial services professional, closer to my office and around like minded individuals. I am very routined and disciplined. My working hours are from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm but tend to work long hours on both ends then hit the gym after work and sometimes on my lunch break. I come back for a meal and get right back on my laptop to further develop my mind body and soul. I pride myself on cleanliness which means no dishes in the sink, spot cleans and weekly cleaning on Sundays. I always meal prep on Sundays to prepare for the week ahead and am in bed by 10:30pm Sunday-Thursday. I'm still new to Melbourne so I will be exploring over the weekends, at a cafe trying to build an app or catching up with people I know here. I have no interest in clubs or parties but would like to check out the night life over the weekends to see what Melbourne has to offer in terms of events etc. However, I'll most likely be in the suburbs with my partner, watching movies at home or some combination thereof but just let me know if you want to hang!. Nothing too wild here as I'm engaged. It's all work, gym, networking, exploration and recovery from having an active and healthy lifestyle. I am all about positive energy and self development with the goal of creating good harmony inside and out. Super chill, self aware and easy to get along with. My finances are on point and bills get paid on time, every time. I am American with SL origins but now an Australian citizen. :D I have lived and studied in 7 different countries, visited over 30 and can get along with people from all walks of life and adapt quite easily.
